Antique Pin Cushion Metal Lady Shoe High Heel Velvet Cushion plus Pins as Found

This is a very old antique from the early part of the last century. It was made in the fashion of shoes of the day. The cushion is made of stripes of velvet and is full and firm. There are no leaks or tears so I can't tell exactly what is stuffing this but it's firm. (It's certainly nothing like poly fill!) This is the real deal in antique sewing accessories! The silver metal shoe has some expected paint loss, consistent with age. There is a small hole in the arch of the bottom that reveals that the shoe has a cloth lining! It measures 1 3/4" wide x 6" long and stands 3" tall If you love the feel of old sewing accessories, you'll adore this one!!
