Its beautifully detailed mounting previously held a white gemstone which had sustained wear over time. The white stone was meant to mimic the look of a diamond and we are happy to now have the technology that would have no doubt thrilled the original owner. The new 2.63 carat D VS1 Laboratory Grown Genuine Diamond is laser inscribed and will be accompanied with its IGI certificate. This Antique Emerald Cut Diamond is a specialty custom cut based off of antique diamonds from the 1890-1930s. It feature a open culet which looks like a small opening in the center of the diamond, a taller crown, and smaller table. Combined, these attributes with a hall of mirrors effect from the Emerald cut, result in a larger rainbow type of flash and the diamond reflects all the colors of its surroundings beautifully.
