Antique Purse Sterling Gorham Bridal Lux Old Money Cherub

This antique Gorham sterling cherub purse screams lux, old money,..... the perfect bridal gift. This purse's frame is from the much respected Gorham Silver Company, and was manufactured around 1890- 1915. I have not polished the frame in years. I prefer the beautiful patina of antique sterling, so I will leave the prerogative of polishing the frame up to the buyer. The bag portion was hand made by a seamstress that I hired for this project. The white synthetic fabric has a faint rose pattern, and the pearl-looking beads were attached by hand. The purse is fully lined. It is in beautiful condition, and comes from a non-smoking home. Measurements Length 9 3/4 inches top of clasp to the tip of the purse 16 1/2 inches when holding the purse by the chain Width 7 inches at the widest point which is the bag This purse would make the perfect family heirloom...brides walking down the aisle with this purse for generations.
