Antique Ruby and diamond ring

Exquisite antique genuine Ruby and diamond ring set in 14kt yg.... this piece is 100 plus years old, original Center stone was lost and I had it replaced with a Burmese Ruby .20 CT, surrounded by 8 small genuine diamonds.. Band looks like it may have been reworked at some point in time, the only thing I have done to it since I acquired it was put the ruby in. Currently size 8.5, but any reputable Jeweler could resize it for you. This was an estate piece. Poshmark Free Authentication.
