Antique Shawl Rare

This shawl was owned by a great, great grandmother who had made it as a young girl living in Poland. The shawl is around one hundred years old. Hand crochet black fringe about eight inches in width made from a cotton thread. I am unsure what material the actual shawl is made from. It's an army green color and thick in weight. Shawl is approximately 60" by 36". There is some damage to the fabric and the damage is pictured. There is a spot that looks like a bleach spill. There is also a tear in the fabric.
