Antique Sickles Inc. Turf Goods Equine Grazing Cribbling Muzzle Leather Chain

A piece of history. This piece was made by J.B. Sickles Saddlery Co. AKA Sickles Inc or Turf Goods a company from the 1800s established in St. Louis. It is made with sturdy leather and branded. It has the straps to attach to the harness of the horse and chain link all around. Believed to be a device to slow down eating. The chain link has some oxidation. Otherwise it is in absolute amazing condition for it being as old as it is.
