Antique Sterling Silver Cameo Brooch Pendant with blue rhinestones - raised accent on the carved shell. Signed BO for Barton Otsby. The bail for the pendant is hinged and can be tucked behind the cameo and worn as a brooch or a pendant. Weight is 8.35 grams. 1.5" long with bail up and 1.25" wide.
