Antique Sterling Silver Flatware Service Spoon Floral Pat. Late 1800s~apprx 18g

Antique Silverware Sterling Service Spoon Beautiful decorative pattern~ there are two marking on the spoon. One is "Sterling" and the other is PAT. 18.. (last two digits I can't make out. I was thinking it may be 98, but it's just too hard to tell. You would need to clean the tarnish off to be able to read it clearly, and I'm not going to do that). So I know it's 19th century, just not sure of the last 2 digits Possibly monogrammed with a C. It's very fancy, and I'm not 100% sure, but I think it may be a C on the handle, toward the top.
