Antique Sterling Silver and enamel Zippo lighter Italian crafted Rare

This is a fabulous Italian carved sterling silver lighter case with zippo insert. Adorned with a beautiful image of a young man offering his lover a flower. Crafted likely in the 1920s, it is in amazing shape. Some wear on the enamel back side as I would guess the floral pattern was once a bit more detailed, but the face is nearly perfect. No cracks or chips. Marked inside the flip top. The insert will likely need a flint. I do not tinker too much with antique items, but the wheel turns and it should be fully functional when filled.
