Antique Tazza/compote With Wingless Griffin Base -RARE

This beautiful antique Tazza/compote features a stunning wingless griffin base, adding a touch of elegance to any collection. It almost looks like it is comprised of bronze, copper, brass and pewter. The colors and patina are stunning! It weighs over 6 pounds and measures around 8” tall and 9” wide. I believe it is from the late 1800’s/early 1900’s but I could not find any markings to identify it. CONDITION: one of the griffins has cracks as seen in the pictures but still feels solid and sturdy. Other than that it is in what I feel is to be an expected condition for its age. Some natural pitting in the bowl but it all adds to the charm of the piece
