This is a VTG Handmade Craft Wood Rocking Horse 12.25" L | Rustic Shabby Chic Decor. Unfortunately, I cannot say when this piece was made (although similar horses are being sold as antiques), by whom, or where. I know only that he was discovered in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, and desperately needed a good home. The horse stands on/is attached to a green wrought iron rocker, which measures approximately 12.25" L x 3" W x 3.1" H. Add in the horse, and the entire piece measures approximately 12.25" L x 3" W x 8.5" H. Horse is composed of what I'm terming "craft wood" - it's lightweight and likely hollowed out on the inside. The horsey is beige with white craft fur for its mane and tail, with red reins and a red saddle (painted on). Additionally, there are some yellow and black accents. Condition-wise, it rocks beautifully and is an adorable little "shabby chic" / rustic / farmhouse-type piece of art. It does, however, have two flaws: 1) it has some chips near its right eye (see photos) and 2) its left ear is chipped and missing its paint job (also see photos). Honestly, neither of these aesthetic flaws is immediately noticeable and they ultimately add some more character to the piece.
