Read description! Runs small! Women back in the 1800’s were very tiny! Belonged to a Nun that ran the hospitals in the 1800’s. There is no buttons on the backside ( they would pin them in the back). Pleated front. Hand sewn Lace details around sleeves. Floral design, Ties in the back- one tie is frayed- see picture. Yellowing due to age.
