Antique Victorian 1800s rose gold filled puffy heart clear red paste necklace

Great antique condition, shows rubbing to gold fill, mainly to rear. Dates to the late 1800s. All four original glass rhinestones are present. Chain is also antique. Heart has seams but is simply a puffed heart and doesn't open as far as I can tell. Clasp functions perfectly. Please see photos for measurements.
