Antique Victorian 1890s 1900s Brown Leather Wallet

MEASUREMENTS ----------------------- Measurements: 6" x 2.5" FLAWS ----------------------- (see photo) - slightly coming undone of front leather piece EXTRAS - 3 compartments, lock on change purse in middle - modern credit cards and IDs do not fit in this wallet - P&S insciption on silver pennant leads me to believe this is by Patterson & Son Ltd, an early 1900s silversmith company in England - The silver pennant needs to be cleaned and has some green in certain area (sterling silver?)
