Antique Victorian Era hand-painted porcelain plaque by Wagner, c.1890.

Antique hand-painted porcelain plaque from the Victorian era depicting a ‘Gypsy girl’ with shoulder length raven black hair gazing pensively away — in the style of KPM from Germany, signed Wagner lower right c.1890. Impressed “C 308” on back, upper left, and dedicated on lower left. Measures 10" x 8 1/4". Plaque is in excellent condition and comes in its original black wood frame with internal bronze gilding.
