Lovely oval shaped antique brooch with tiny bits of glass arranged in a flower micromosaic. The mosaic is inlaid into sparkly swirled brown Italian Aventurine / goldstone glass. The cabochon is set in a gold tone frame. It has the old C clasp and dates from the 1800s. It does have some wear, patina, and a crack through the glass, but the mosaic is still secure and stable.
