Antique Warwick IOGA Vase Victorian Lady Portrait Art Nouveau A-17 1900 SIGNED Very good condition, Very small areas of missing color and a few scuffs near the lower bottom front. Can be touched up with a brown color. One small inside crack in glaze near top that does not go through. Please see pictures. Approx: 10 1/2" T x 5 3/4" at base Antique Warwick IOGA Victorian lady portrait vase. The round shape and twig-shaped handles make it easy to use and perfect for all occasions. The vase is made of high-quality porcelain with an antique finish and features a beautiful multicolor design. Measuring 10.5 inches in length and height, and almost 6 inches in width. Marked on the bottom A-17 and includes the artists signature. Unsure of the exact name, may be Bourquer. See pictures. (over exposed for detail) the bottom is white. Warwick China was noted for the IOGA line (produced between 1893 and 1911) and specialized in brown glazed pieces with portraits of Indians, monks, and fraternal emblems, as well as flow blue china and delft patterns. The company made vases, dinnerware, teapots, coffeepots, pitchers, bowls, and jardinieres, using decals or hand painting skills of their many artists to decorate their wares.
