Antique White/Off White Felt Tree Skirt Hand Crafted

This is an Antique Tree skirt. I am not certain if it is white or Off White- I am leaning to off White as the coloring is very even all over. Please look closely at my photos. There is one little stain. And there are some very small holes here and there. The skirt appears to be hand crafted. Approximately 34” wide.
