Antique gold on silver carved shell cameo necklace

This is an antique sterling silver filigree cameo necklace made in Italy around the turn of the century. It is silver and gold over silver. There are three hand-carved shell cameos which are set in looped wire bezels. In beautiful condition. This was handed down to me from the estate of a former concert musician who traveled in Europe in the 50s and 60s. She likely picked it up there. Stunning craftsmanship.
