Antique linen petticoat with handmade lace

Antique petticoat from the 1800s. Some stains throughout consistent with age. However, I have not tried to clean this skirt, and the stains could very well come out. Side button. This is made from an organic material, likely cotton or linen. It is one of a kind as it was handmade. Side button, no rips or tears. Please see photos for measurements and for markings.
