Antique pressed glass amber canister 8 sided tobacco canister with metal lid

These antique 8 sided canisters are made of amber pressed glass. They have bubbles in the glass like blown glass and metal lids. These probably held tobacco when new and were made in the early 1900’s. The canisters measure 7 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches in diameter. The top opening is about 3 1/2 inches in diameter. The canisters has some fogging in the glass in one area . . The fogging in the glass is an indicator of the items age . The original lid has wear and pin holes in the thread area.
