Antique steel cut paste gem belt buckle made of steel and paste gems One of a kind Rare Collectors piece ir still usable but very sharp I think meant to pierce fabric I DONT know much about it except the silk rotted away and it’s a ancestors piece that I don’t need nor have anywhere to display so offering it Probably one is a kind about 2” high
