Antique vintage crochet weaved shawl jacket girls

Antique or older vintage hand crocheted shawl cape jacket. In good condition for age, has a couple of pulls as shown in photos, could probably easily be pulled back through the other side. Also has one small spot as pictured which could maybe be removed (feels like glue?) Size is very forgiving as it just tors around the neck, so probably would fit ages 3-10 depending how short or long the look you’re going for. See measurements. No odors and has been hand washed.
