Antique yellow gold filled tie bar with rose gold filled “H” dangle monogram

This gold filled tie bar is in overall good condition for its age with some normal signs of wear. 2 3/8” wide. Marked “D. P. B.” and unfortunately I don’t know who that stands for. My best guess is an individual artisan by those initials. (146)
