This is a black genuine patent leather belt. This silver tone sections have black enameling. There is some color wear to the inside of the silver sections, it cannot be seen when wearing the belt. It is shown in the photos. The rest of the belt is in very good condition.leather is 5/8" wide and 42 1/2" total length.
