This is a beautiful large tote bag from Antonio Melani. It is black. The approximate measurements are 17.5" across the top, 12.5" across the bottom. It is 11" tall and 6.75" deep. Handle drop is 10". The interior has the key fob hook for easy access to your keys. It has 2 side pock (great for glasses and sunglassess. It had a zip pocket key for misc items, i.e. lipstick, mail file, tissues, etc. it has a slip pocket, as well. It had one exterior slip pocket. Perfect for your phone, unless you want to keep it inside in the slip pocket. It has a tassel attached to the handle that can be removed, if you so choose.
