Could you please describe the dress...it's very hard to see any details since it's so dark...is there a seam at the waistline or is it just a straight sheath all the way to the hem? Is it navy blue? Would you please show a photo of the fabric content tag? Also, please measure the total length from the highest shoulder point to the hem. Thanks so much!
