Stunning EUC Antonio Melani x Nicola Bathie dress. The pleats and velvet bows on the sleeve are gorgeous - detachable velvet bow embellished belt included. The two belt loops are both detached on one side (see photos) but can easily be sewn on to be functional. I wore the belt without the loops! Only worn once. Size Medium but does run large.
