This bracelet was made from a friend's who knows her crystals well and picked these 5 for the specific qualities for anxiety, protection, self esteem and love for yourself and others. Rose quartz is the love crystal- great for self love, or overall Unconditional love. Tiger eye is protective and grounding- if you have a larger piece of this I would go outside and stand in the sun, bare feet in the soil and meditatewith it.. Hematite guards u against negative energies, entities and getting you /keeping you physically healthy. It's also very magnetic- but crystals and stones that have magnetic or copper qualities (hematite for example) that I will have to explain in an entire new post on bracelets with all of these individual Crystals have helped me so much in the last years and I decided to help others experience it. Amethyst is a kind, mellow stone that's used in larger pieces as an interior decorators dream stone, it's beautiful and it's overall warm and welcoming.
