Does the smock on this dress have a lot of stretch to it?

@princesslikeme the dress is in really good shape and the smock hasn’t been stretched (ie: no loose elastics) that said it fits well different bra sizes

I’m not familiar with this brand and I’m just afraid the top would not stretch enough to fit, Although I do like a tight fit on top but I’m a 36DD — Do you think it would stretch that much?
