Apiece Apart beautiful dress

Bought on Revolve. Worn once. Multi colored sparkly thread pattern stripes throughout. Such a beautiful unique dress! Can wear on or off one shoulder or both shoulders. The hem can be pinned up on one side of the waist ( if you like), which is how I wore it. Which gives it a more interesting and fun look to the dress. NOTE: Belt not included!
