Apostrophe Petite Black and Tan Polka Dot Top

This beautiful top has so much flare! The V neck is very pretty with lace! The stitching in the front adds so much character and of course the dots! You gotta love the dots! This top is double layered sheer polyester. Very soft ! Oh and it has a zipper up the left side of the blouse! In excellent condition!
