titus2010 Hey! Has the watch been removed and unpaired from your iPhone? Has it been removed from your iCloud account fine my iPhone? Also about how long can you wear before charging? Thank you so much!

enhunsaker @titus2010 It is unpaired from my iPhone and factory reset. I upgraded to a newer Apple Watch model, so haven’t worn this one for a while. I would charge it all night, put on early morning, and charge lasted all day until nighttime (about 14 hours).

titus2010 @enhunsaker thank you! Do you remember if you had to enter your Apple ID password and removed your activation lock on your watch before resetting it? Sorry for all the questions. I have purchased a few watches that still had the original lock activated even though the watch has been factory reset and unpaired and they couldn’t be used.

enhunsaker @titus2010 Thanks for the info, I didn’t know all that. I followed all directions on apple support to unpair watch which removed activation lock, then did factory reset on watch. Currently restarted watch and it is ready to pair with any iPhone.

titus2010 @enhunsaker thank you! Just FYI the watch will always show ready to pair when it is reset. The passcode option only shows once you try and pair it with your phone and usually comes up as final step in the process.
