April Cornell Panelled Flare Skirt M

Pretty skirt, perfect with black tights. Stretchy ribbed fabric, like Chicos uses for the Traveller's Collection items, travels well and always looks put together. After I bought it, I noticed a small hole/flaw in one of the floral panels. It never bothered me, the fabric is so busy, it's not noticeable but last pic shows it. it basically lands on the right upper butt/hip. Cute piece with a lot of swing. Waist measures approximately 14, stretches pretty easily to 28. Length is approximately 24.5
