This is a (NWT) new with tags unique dress that reminders me of Disney's Ariel. We wore this dress in the smaller size to have dinner with Ariel. It is by April Cornell is have reflective fabric. The colors change as your little one moves. It is shimmery. It does not have sleeves and has buttons at the shoulder. 2 Extra button in petticoat. It has 3 colors in the front that have a chroma shine. Has a chiffon type ruffle around the bottom of the dress. Has a full petticoat with a layer of tulle on top. Look at the picture and you will see that it ties in the back or you can remove the ties that are buttoned on. Give you reflexibility. It feels like silk and is super soft. Fabric is listed in the pictures. It comes with a flower pin made of the material that can be attached anywhere. Dry clean or hand wash. Comes from a loving smoke and pet free home.
