cheryliegirl1 @mamabear1287 I would say loose. My mannequin is a small and a 36A cup I think. I added two pics. It measures 18 inches from pit to put. It has molded cups in the breast of the shirt, so I think at least a B but a C would fill it fully. Hope that helps. 🙂
