Apt 9 Soft Ruffle Cardigan

You can be warm and cute in this open front cardigan with ruffled neckline and front. Sleeves are on the longer side on me. I'm 5'5 with average length arms but they didn't reach past my knuckles so, not too too long but still wanted to point it out since it may fit a taller person best. Great pre-loved condition.
