This is a very pretty woman's Black 3X stretchy shirt. It has buttons down the front. Made of 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex. I will stretch it a bit when measuring. Measurement approx when laying flat: underarm to underarm 29" shoulder to bottom seam 28.5" shoulder to shoulder 20.5" cuff 7"
