Apt 9 blouse XL

EUC Apt 9 blouse. This shirt has 2 layers. The outer layer is sheer black fabric with floral print and is split up the back, slightly exposing the inner layer. The inner layer is solid black is also slightly longer than the sheer fabric giving this shirt lots of movement and “flow.”
