zoodle24 @abbylop7676 Hello - I have added more photos with measurements. Yes, I think it can fit a 34D - I am a 34B and there is plenty of room. The dress is not stretchy material, except there is elastic at the waist. The neckline is a v but is not deep enough to be revealing. I can ship day-of. Thank you.

zoodle24 @abbylop7676 the elastic waist measures at about 12 inches but stretches comfortably to 17-18 inches.
