Apt 9 georgette berry tunic blouse NWT

Beautiful tunic blouse! Material is a lovely flowing georgette (100% polyester) and the color is a jewel toned berry or dark magenta. Brand NWT. Zipper at top, rolled cuff sleeves (elbow length). Fabric is sheer, so it will require a camisole or tank underneath. Classy yet casual and looks way more expensive than it is! One flaw noted - white spots on cuff, looks like it should be easy to get out, but I did not want to remove tags and wash it (see the last 2 photos). Size is XXL see photos for measurements.
