Beautiful cardigan from Apt. 9. Navy cardigan outer, with tank built in. V neck floral tank with sheer fabric. Liner below the dank (see photos). Slightly lined design (vertical) on floral portion of tank for flowy design and a more flattering fit. Beautiful blend of colors in the tank - almost watercolor like. Worn a handful of times!
