Apt 9-Hi/Low Cotton Dress. Size small (but stretchy)

This is a gently used, soft/stretchy, halter neck dress. Has hi/low bottom hem, gathered elastic waist. Close up view shows bird pattern, but from a distance just looks like a sweet pattern of pastel colors. Size small, but could fit more of a medium.
