Aqua Blue Sequin High-Low Dress

This dress has a super cute sequin mid thigh length under-layer and a high-low ombré overskirt. The straps are removable, so the dress can also be strapless. The size says “3,” which I believe is in “Juniors” sizing, but I wore a standard US women’s size 0 at the time of purchase. Only worn once and in excellent condition. Would be great for events like a school dance, homecoming, or another formal event.
