Aqua Cold Shoulder Ruffle Floral Wrap Dress

Beautiful blue floral wrap dress. Purchased from Bloomingdales but the brand is aqua. Size small, midi length. I am 5’8” and wearing the dress in the last picture. Only worn twice. Excellent condition, no stains or tears.
