Gorgeous dress with cut outs at waist. Size medium, long sleeves, 38 inches from neck to hem, 17 inches from pit to pit, material stretches. Bought at Bloomingdales in Manhattan, unfortunately it doesn’t fit me. The company is called Agua, the dress is black😊
