Aqua Quilted Mock Neck Skater Dress Navy Blue

Adorable and versatile little blue dress by Aqua featuring an adorable mock neck and allover quilted embroidery detailing. Fabric is thick, very soft with a slight stretch! The bodice is fully lined, the skirt is not. Looks like it runs slightly small - the waist measure approx. 11" across. Would probably fit more like an XS. Made in the USA. Brand new with tags - never tried on or worn.
