Aqua Sheen women’s raincoat size Medium pink long length

This Aqua Sheen lightweight raincoat is probably vintage. They were bought by another company several years ago. It is a generous size medium. It has a snap down front and slash pockets. It has a hood and a 2 snap strip to snap under chin to keep the hood on. It is a long coat 33” from under the arm to the bottom of the raincoat.there is a strip with a snap at the wrist. I am not sure what it is for. I saw pictures with the sleeves rolled up or maybe it just holds the sleeve in place.
