123copper6060 On my monitor, it is showing that the skirt is a beautiful aqua/turquoise color but you have the blue. I know monitors display differently. Which is the current color? Like the skirt. Also, what is the fabric?

kristique Please forgive me for taking so long. It is 32 inches all the way around. However it fits very nicely on the hip rather than the waist, but that’s your call. It could also be easily altered
