Aqua blue silk one shoulder midi dress

Found this silk dress at a vintage store in Milan. Beautiful ruched gathering at the hip with long silk bows at the waist and shoulder. Pictures don’t do it justice. No label but feels like pure silk. Color is insane in person. Fits a U.S. size 6-8 best. Fresh from the dry cleaners.
